 In State Of Madhya Pradesh India’s No. 1 Institute to provide PG Diploma In CYBER LAW at Rajiv Gandhi National Cyber Law Center at NATIONAL LAW  UNIVERSITY BHOPAL  (established by MHRD , Govt. Of INDIA)
      Rajiv Gandhi National Cyber Law Center, a center of Excellence in Cyber Law (established by Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India, New Delhi at NLIU, Bhopal ,The Institute is an autonomous body registered)  launched One Year Post Graduate Diploma  in Cyber  Law  in  order  to  deal with  new  and critical  issues  relating  to  various  legal  aspects of cyberspace through Regular as well as distance learning mode.
           The Institute aims to ensure that its students achieve their highest academic and personal potential. It also aims to give them a firm foundation based upon an understanding of present Global requirement.
Objectives of the Course:
  1. Fundamentals of Cyber Law
  2. To familiarize students with the dynamics of Cyber Law with a focus on new forms of  cyber crime.
  3. To establish a basic knowledge on the technical side of Cyber Law
  4. To give an update of recent Cyber Laws developments and case law,
  5. To engage with today’s Cyber Laws reality and debates
  6. To provide tools for further study of Cyber Law.       
Teaching Learning Methodology:
         No Educational Institution is complete without adequate facilities to its Students, Faculties & Employees Teaching  Learning  methodology  includes  case  analysis,  assignments,  presentations,  project-writing,  lectures,  discussions,  experts  from  academia,  industry  and  law  enforcement  agencies with  the  objective  of  fostering  necessary  abilities  in  students  to  handle  real-time  cyber-crime challenges.
Library
        There is a separate Library for Cyber law students which is extremely well resourced and is cataloged and managed by a trained, professional librarian who caters to the needs of students it contains reference books and resources to enhance understanding of their subject. Books of library were  continuously being replenished with latest books available in India and abroad. Materials related to Cyber Law are also available in the Main library of NLIU so that students can access syllabuses and past papers. In addition, we have subscribed to a wide range of websites having huge database and magazines which provide both intellectual stimulation and relaxation. 
    Internet Lab
         Internet Lab allows the students to research extensively by accessing the information on the global  network during and after the lecture hours. 
    Examination Rules
The students shall be required to obtain minimum 55% in aggregate to be entitled for the diploma. In case a student fails or fails to appear in the chances to appear in the Repeat Examination.
Medium of Instruction:
Medium of instruction shall be English. 
Admission Procedure:
Students will be admitted to this programmed based on the merit prepared on the basis of marks  obtained in 10th, 12th and graduate level.
Eligibility: 
    Candidates  having  Bachelor’s  degree  in  any  disciplines (students from technical and science back ground will be preferred)  from  a  recognized  University  or  a Qualification declared by the University as equivalent to it and recognized as such.
